What we collect
- Your store’s domain and the access Shopify grants when you install the app.
- Product data we read to score your catalog: titles, descriptions, categories, options, variant SKUs and barcodes, tags, image URLs and alt text.
- Your store policy pages, to show which ones are empty.
- Your store's languages and product translations, when you use Translate.
- What you set in the app: brand voice, words to use or avoid, and your plan.
- A history of each change you apply, with the old value, so you can undo it.
We do not read or store customer or order data.
How we use it
Only to score your products, draft fixes and apply the changes you approve. When you press “Draft with AI”, that product’s data and photos are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write the draft. When you press “Draft translations”, the product text to translate is sent to Anthropic the same way. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
On our server, with access limited to the app. Change history is kept so you can undo changes.
Deleting your data
When you uninstall the app, Shopify asks us to delete your store’s data, and we delete it all: settings, scores, history and usage. You can also ask us to delete it at any time.
